  • To work closely with your insurance company to ensure that you receive all payments that are allowed in a timely fashion

  • To fax all required documentation to your insurance company including contracts, worksheets, and invoices.

  • To have our sign proudly displayed in your yard with your permission, so that any questions concerning your work come directly to the office. There will be many people in our process visit your address and this helps us ensure we are at the right place.

  • To provide you with prompt access to the office, a direct line number to your Personal Roofing Consultant, and an emergency number for evenings and weekends.

  • To provide regular progress reports concerning all communications with your insurance carrier by your Personal Roofing Consultant.
